From safe enquiry to completion

  1. 01

    Consult by phone or photo

From a safe place, tell us the nest location, height, size and where hornets enter. Do not approach for a photograph.

  2. 02

    Safety check and quotation

We check site safety and explain the work and price. Any unconfirmed additional work is discussed first.

  3. 03

    Safe removal work

We protect the surroundings and use a method suited to the nest and building.

  4. 04

    Remove and inspect

Where possible we remove the nest and check returning hornets and the risk of nesting again.

  5. 05

    After-work guidance

We explain the work and the period when returning hornets require caution.

Six-question safety check

Answer only what can be seen from a safe place. This is guidance, not a guarantee of safety.

QUESTION 1 / 6

1. Is anyone being attacked now?

Move everyone away. If breathing difficulty, confusion or widespread hives follow a sting, call 119.

Hornet questions

Can I ask without approaching the nest?

Yes. Tell us its approximate position by phone. Add a photo only when it can be taken safely; never touch the nest with a stick.

How much does removal cost?

Removal starts at JPY 10,000 before tax. The visit and quotation are free. We explain the price after confirming location, height, size and safety needs.

Can you attend at night or on holidays?

Normal reception is 7:30–18:00 and holiday support is available. Visit timing depends on bookings and site conditions, so telephone us for urgent situations.

Will the city remove the nest?

Rules differ by authority and location. For public roads or facilities contact the manager or city; nests on private property should be raised by the owner or manager.

What should I do after a sting?

Move away from the nest. If breathing difficulty, confusion or widespread hives develop, call 119 immediately.

Can hornets return after removal?

Hornets that were away may return shortly after work. We explain the method and period requiring caution on site.
