Bat damage consultation

Small dark droppings or shadows at dusk?

We assess droppings, sounds, evening activity and building gaps without identifying the animal from one sign alone.

Telephone support is mainly in Japanese. For English, use the form or LINE.

Site inspection and quotations are free.

Sealing a small gap in a building to prevent bat entry

How we can help

Trace and entry inspection

Eaves, vents, shutters, roofs, walls and related gaps are checked.

Timing-aware planning

Occupancy, young animals, hibernation and the season are considered before sealing.

Building restoration

Feasible sealing, cleanup, disinfection and repair work are quoted separately.

Important conditions

Protected wildlife

Bats may not be captured or killed without the required permission.

Do not seal immediately

Occupancy and timing must be checked so animals are not trapped inside.

Camera observation

Cameras may help identify activity, but we do not provide continuous 24-hour monitoring.

Site-specific price

Openings, height, cleanup, repairs, access equipment and cameras affect the estimate.

From signs to a lawful building plan

  1. 01

    Record the signs

Note where droppings or sounds occur and when evening activity is seen.

  2. 02

    Inspect the building

Check traces, possible entrances and surrounding gaps.

  3. 03

    Plan the timing

Separate work that is currently feasible from work that should wait.

  4. 04

    Quote the required work

Explain feasible sealing, cleanup, disinfection and repairs.

Confirmed work records

Homes

Entry gaps, droppings and damaged finishes were inspected before closure and cleaning were planned.

Temples

High and complex roof spaces required route and timing checks before work.

Factories

Work was planned around operations, access and multiple possible entry points.

What affects the price

Height and access

Scaffolding or high-level equipment may be required.

Number of entry points

Small gaps around eaves, roofs and walls must be checked as a group.

Season and occupancy

We avoid trapping bats inside and consider young bats and hibernation.

Dropping cleanup

Amount, location and safe access determine cleaning and disinfection.

Building repair

Ceiling, wall, eaves and other damaged finishes are quoted by scope.

Monitoring cameras

Temporary cameras can help confirm time and route before closure. Location, number, internet connection and a period of up to about two weeks are agreed after checking the site.

Service area

We serve Yukuhashi, Kanda, Miyako, Buzen, Chikujo, Koge, Yoshitomi, Kitakyushu, Tagawa, Iizuka, Munakata, Fukuoka and Nakatsu. Ask us about nearby areas as well.

Bat questions

Can a small gap really be an entry point?

Yes. We inspect eaves, roof edges, vents and wall gaps together instead of immediately closing one visible point.

Why not close the gap at once?

A bat left inside may move elsewhere or die in the building. We confirm activity and season before choosing the method.

Can droppings be cleaned?

Yes. Do not touch them bare-handed. We quote safe removal, cleaning and disinfection according to amount and access.

How much does the work cost?

The site survey and quotation are free. Price depends on height, gaps, cleaning and repair scope.

Can you use monitoring cameras?

Yes. We agree the location, number and monitoring period after checking power, signal and privacy.

Do you have experience beyond homes?

Confirmed records include homes, temples and factories. We plan access and timing for each building.
