Raccoon damage in Buzen and Keichiku

Heavy footsteps, stains, droppings or cries inside the walls?

We do not identify an animal from sound alone. We inspect traces, entry points and building damage on site.

Telephone support is mainly in Japanese. For English, use the form or LINE.

Site inspection and quotations are free.

How we can help

Species not assumed

Raccoons, weasels, masked palm civets, tanuki and other possibilities are considered.

Building inspection

Attics, underfloors, roofs, openings, droppings and footprints are checked.

Repair and restoration

Sealing, cleaning, disinfection, roof, ceiling and wallpaper work may be quoted.

What we check

Recent activity

Sounds, fresh traces and cries are used to assess whether an animal may remain inside.

Entry points

Roof tiles, eaves, vents, earlier repairs and surrounding weak points are inspected.

Contamination and damage

Droppings, urine, odour, insulation, ceilings and wall finishes are assessed separately.

Wildlife cameras

Remote-view cameras may be installed where power and communication conditions allow.

From traces to building work

  1. 01

    Describe the signs

Tell us when and where you hear sounds or see stains and droppings.

  2. 02

    Free site inspection

We check traces, damage and possible entry points.

  3. 03

    Confirm the building is clear

Openings are not sealed while an animal may still be inside.

  4. 04

    Quote the building work

If conditions allow, we propose sealing, cleaning, disinfection and repairs.

Patterns seen at recent sites

Roof tiles moved

Raccoons can shift roof tiles and enter the roof space.

Previous closures forced open

A weak or previously closed point may be bent or reopened, so the surrounding building condition must be checked.

Wildlife monitoring cameras

We can install temporary cameras in attics, gardens or around the building, typically for up to about two weeks. Internet-connected viewing may be available depending on signal and the agreed equipment. Footage helps identify timing and routes; one image alone does not guarantee the species.

Pricing

The site survey and quotation are free. Investigation, camera monitoring, entry closure, cleaning, disinfection, roof repair, ceiling replacement and wallpaper work are quoted according to the confirmed scope.

Service area

We serve Yukuhashi, Kanda, Miyako, Buzen, Chikujo, Koge, Yoshitomi, Kitakyushu, Tagawa, Iizuka, Munakata, Fukuoka and Nakatsu. Ask us about nearby areas as well.

Raccoon damage questions

Does a loud attic noise prove it is a raccoon?

No. Raccoons, weasels, masked palm civets, raccoon dogs and other animals are considered from footprints, droppings, sound and entry routes.

Do you survey homes in Buzen?

Yes. Site survey and quotation are free; tell us the address and symptoms.

Can you repair roof tiles moved by an animal?

Yes. We inspect the route and can quote roof and eaves repair together with entry closure.

An old closure seems to have been reopened. What next?

We inspect the closure and adjacent weak points, confirm that no animal remains inside and propose a stronger repair.

Can you replace stained ceilings or wallpaper?

Yes. Ceiling replacement and wallpaper work can be quoted after contamination and building damage are checked.

Can droppings and strong odour be cleaned?

Yes. We can quote removal, cleaning and disinfection with associated building work.

Can you review photos first?

Yes. Send only photos that can be taken safely through LINE or the form.

Can cameras be installed in an attic or garden?

Yes. We agree the location, number of units and period, normally up to about two weeks, after checking power, signal and privacy.

Are the survey and quotation free?

Yes. Work charges are explained after the free site survey.

Tell us what is happening

You do not need to know the exact cause or service name. A photo and a short description will help us understand the situation.
