How we can help

Receiving and elevated tanks

Both tank types may be included after capacity and location are confirmed.

Shutdown coordination

The schedule and user notification are agreed before the tank is drained.

Photo work report

Before, during and after photographs record the work and observed condition.

Scope and legal distinction

Annual cleaning guidance

Yukuhashi guidance calls for cleaning at least once a year for both simplified water-supply systems over 10 m³ and small-scale tank systems of 10 m³ or less.

Site-specific price

Capacity, tank count, location, shutdown and reporting or testing scope affect the estimate.

Cleaning and statutory inspection

They are separate services. A simplified water-supply system over 10 m³ also requires a management inspection by a registered inspection body.

Observed damage

Cracks, possible leakage, seals, insect screens and valves are reported; repairs are quoted separately.

From shutdown planning to report

  1. 01

    Confirm capacity and conditions

We confirm tank capacity, number of tanks, access, water supply system and required report.

  2. 02

    Plan the shutdown

We agree the date, outage time and notices needed for occupants.

  3. 03

    Drain and inspect

After isolating the supply, we drain the tank and inspect the interior condition.

  4. 04

    Wash, rinse and disinfect

We remove deposits, rinse and disinfect in the required order.

  5. 05

    Restore and confirm supply

We refill, confirm the water supply and check for abnormalities.

We record visible corrosion, cracks, fittings and other observed damage.

What affects the price

Capacity and number of tanks

The tank size and whether both receiving and elevated tanks are included affect labour and time.

Location and access

Roof, basement, narrow access and equipment-carrying routes are checked.

Shutdown and restoration

The required outage window and restoration procedure are included in the plan.

Report and testing

Photo reports, documents and any required water-quality test are quoted by scope.

Water-tank questions

How often should a tank be cleaned?

The required interval depends on the facility and applicable rules. We confirm the building and schedule rather than relying on a generic interval.

Will the building lose water during the work?

Usually yes. We agree the outage time and restoration procedure in advance.

Is cleaning the same as the statutory inspection?

No. Cleaning, inspection and water-quality testing have different scopes. We clarify what is required before quoting.

Can receiving and elevated tanks be requested together?

Yes. Tell us the number, capacity and supply arrangement so both can be planned together.

Will I receive photos and a report?

Yes. We can provide before, during and after photos and a work report in the agreed format.

Can you also look for tank damage?

We record visible corrosion, cracks and fitting deterioration. Repairs or specialist inspection are quoted separately when needed.

Tell us what is happening

You do not need to know the exact cause or service name. A photo and a short description will help us understand the situation.
